Summer Solstice 2026: Transforming Research Results into Socio-Economic Value
Official Invitation: “Transforming Research Results into Socio-Economic Value”.
On the occasion of the Summer Solstice 2026, the Renewable energy development center (CDER) is pleased to invite stakeholders and partners from public and private economic institutions to participate in bilateral meetings and establish business partnerships focused on priority issues, particularly energy, food, and water security in Algeria, within the broader context of the country’s economic revitalization efforts.
This initiative also aims to promote an effective participatory approach that directly aligns scientific research outcomes with the needs and priorities of national development.
More than a simple celebration, this event provides an interactive platform for exchanging ideas and perspectives, bringing together economic and social partners to present various challenges and issues. Through direct business-to-business (B2B) meetings, the Centre’s research teams and affiliated units will have the opportunity to listen closely to these concerns and develop innovative, practical solutions that foster innovation, support sustainable development, and lay the groundwork for future joint projects with a tangible impact on local development.
The program will also feature a series of scientific presentations, alongside a specialized exhibition displaying numerous research products that have reached advanced stages of development and technological maturity, making them ready for production and economic application. This creates concrete opportunities for knowledge transfer and strengthens productive partnerships between scientific research institutions and the economic sector.
