Opening of the ninth (9th) application session for obtaining university habilitation

The Directorate of Human Resources of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research hereby informs lecturers (class B) and research lecturers (class B) of the opening of the ninth (9th) application session for the University habilitation.

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 45 of Executive Decree No. 08-130 of 3 May 2008, as amended and supplemented, establishing the specific status of teacher-researchers, and Article 57 of Executive Decree No. 08-131 of 3 May 2008, as amended and supplemented, establishing the specific status of permanent researchers, lecturers (class B) and research lecturers (class B) who meet the regulatory eligibility requirements set forth in Executive Decree No. 21-50 of 28 January 2021, establishing the conditions and procedures for obtaining the University habilitation, as well as Ministerial Order No. 804 of 14 July 2021, as amended and supplemented, establishing implementation procedures relating to the university habilitation , may submit their applications exclusively through the “PROGRÈS” platform using their official professional electronic accounts via the following link:

The application submission period is set from Sunday, 31 May 2026, to Sunday, 14 June 2026.
