On April 15, 2026, EPST CDER organized a training session at its headquarters, led by Dr. Nadia Gahlam, Senior Lecturer-Researcher and Director of the Business Incubator at the National Higher School of Management.

Entitled “From Idea to Business Model,” the session provided participants with an overview of the fundamental principles of problem identification, methods for generating ideas and solutions, as well as the five stages of design thinking.

Dr. Nadia Gahlam also focused on the nine components of the Business Model Canvas (BMC), an essential tool for structuring and developing innovative projects.
