Launch of the national model for intellectual property policy.

On Thursday, February 26, 2026, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor Kamel Badari, officially launched the National Model for Intellectual Property Policy for Algerian Higher Education Institutions – 2026. The launch was organized in partnership with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Algeria, the Algerian National Institute of Industrial Property (INAPI), and the National Copyright and Related Rights Office (ONDA).

The Renewable Energy Development Center (CDER) participated in this meeting, represented by Dr. Khaled Imessad, Officer in Charge of Administrative Affairs of the EPST CDER.
