The second day of the International Conference on Wind Energy and its Applications ICWEAA 2018 saw the presentation of an interesting plenary conference given by Dr. Razagui Abdelhak, Researcher at CDER entitled "Forecasting wind potential at local scale by the down-scalling technique using the WRF model ".

This day was characterized by numerous conferences given by the CDER Researchers as well as Teaching Researchers coming from different universities of the national territory.

A poster presentation session was organized during this day, which allowed the authors to present their research work and to have remarks and questions from the experts participating in the conference.

At the end of this scientific meeting, a round table was organized to synthesize the conclusions emerging from the fruitful debates and to have recommendations and suggestions for the national actors activating in the field of wind energy.
