In addition to his participation in the "Allgeria Future Energy" conference, Mr. Frank DeRosa, executive manager in energy (notably with the company First Solar) with extensive national and international experience in the field of electricity and renewable energy production, went to CDER on 10/31/2018 where he met with the Director of CDER, Prof. Noureddine Yassaa and a number of researchers.

He also presented a conference entitled "Renewable Energy Procurment" where he exhibited: the sate of the Technology Advancements in distributed generation resources and electricity procurement Nuts and Bolts. A rich and fruitful debate ensued around the challenges of large-scale deployment of renewable energies.
