Participation of the CDER in the work of the second session of the Steering Committee in the field of higher education and scientific research, Tunis on October 22 and 23, 2018
Pr. Noureddine Yassaa, Director of the Renewable Energies Development Center participated in the work of the second session of the Steering Committee in the field of higher education and scientific research, held in Tunis on October 22 and 23, 2018 and co-chaired by Pr. Tahar Hadjar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Algeria and Mr. Slim Khalbouse, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Tunisia. This session was crowned by the signing of a number of agreements, in particular the pilot student and teacher mobility program bearing the name "Ibn Rachiq", as well as four (4) minutes relating in particular to the scientific research, technological development and innovation, cooperation between the national conference of Algerian universities and its Tunisian counterpart, in addition to educational cooperation through the establishment of partnerships and joint diploma programs, and the creation of doctoral schools between the two countries.
The two parties also agreed on the identification of appropriate mechanisms for the elaboration of unified and structuring research projects with added value in the field of scientific research by associating the socio-economic sector, particularly in fields relating to water resources, agriculture, economy and integrated water management, sustainable development, renewable energy and electronics.
