A follow-up meeting of research activities was held at the Applied Research Unit in Renewable Energies on Thursday May 3 rd, 2018 in the presence of the Director of EPST CDER, the Director of UREAR / CDER, Division Directors, Research Team Leaders and Research Project Leaders. The meeting addressed issues related to project financing, equipment acquisition and training. The Director of EPST urged researchers to create more synergies with local socio-economic actors.

Presentations on the ground of the progress of some projects such as the solar tower, the mini-CPV plant and the smart greenhouse were made during this visit where guidance was given to advance in their achievements.

On the sidelines of this visit and on the occasion of International Workers’ Day, an award ceremony was organized by the COS of the Unit for workers who took part in the football and petanque tournaments.
