The Solar Equipment Development Unit affiliated to the Renewable Energy Development Center, received Monday, April 09, 2018 the visit of Mr. Erik Solheim, UN Deputy Secretary General and Executive Director of the United Nations Environment Program "UNEP", accompanied by the Minister of Environment and Renewable Energies, Mrs. Fatima Zohra Zerouati, and the Wali of Tipaza Mr Ghellai Moussa.

After a short welcome speech, the Director of EPST CDER Prof. Noureddine Yassaa made a presentation entitled " R & D at the Renewable Energy Development Center ", where he presented the various research and development activities of the center.

The delegation then made a visit to discover the different prototypes and research and development work in the field of renewable energies carried out within the Unit.

The Researchers from the Solar Equipment Development Unit also gave explanations and details of their research activities and prototypes.
