Visit of the Director of the Center for Industrial Technological Development CDTI - Kingdom of Spain to the UDES
As part of the Memorandum of Understanding for Spanish-Algerian Scientific and Technical Cooperation signed by the two Foreign Ministers on July 21, 2015 in Madrid, at the 6th Algerian-Spanish High Level Bilateral Meeting, DGRSDT and the Center for Industrial Technological Development, CDTI- of the Kingdom of Spain have established a bilateral technological cooperation program called "ALGESIP": Algeria-Spain innovation program.
It is an open program to industrial research and development projects between Spanish and Algerian partners, particularly in the following sectors: Agriculture, renewable energies, advanced technologies (microelectronics, nanotechnologies, ICT, ...).

In this context, the Solar Equipment Development Unit, UDES, affiliated to the EPST Renewable Energy Development Center, CDER, received on January 18, 2018, a Spanish delegation led by Mr. José Garcia the Director of the Center for Industrial Technological Development CDTI- of the Kingdom of Spain, accompanied by senior officials of the Spanish Embassy.
During his speech, Mr. José Garcia gave an overview on the activities and objectives of the CDTI, namely, the promotion of the collaboration between the Algerian universities and research centers and the CDTI and the defense of the Spanish companies wanting to develop collaborations with universities and research centers for the purpose of a socio-economic partnership and the financing of technical projects that contribute to solving a problem in the industrial sector.
