NOTICE OF CALL FOR CONSULTATION  No. 10/2017.

The Renewable Energy Development Center launches a call for consultation on the operation entitled:   INSURANCE OF HERITAGE AND CIVIL LIABILITY

The CDER launches a consultation for the purpose of "Insurance of Heritage and Civil Liability", in accordance with the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 15-247 regulating public procurement and public service delegation.

Only legal or natural persons registered in the commercial register in a regular situation with the tax bodies with a qualification in the field can be bidding.

Companies interested in this notice for consultation, can withdraw the specifications from the Market Secretariat of the Renewable Energy Development Center, located at 62, Route de l’Observatoire, Bouzaréah, ALGIERS.

The Tenders must include an application file, a technical offer and a financial offer.

1- THE APPLICATION FILE contains:

• A declaration of candidacy duly completed, dated, signed, sealed by the tenderer;
• A declaration of probity duly completed, dated, signed, sealed by the tenderer;
• A copy of the commercial register;
• The other documents are cited in the specifications.

2- TECHNICAL OFFER contains:

• A declaration to subscribe duly completed, dated, signed, sealed by the tenderer;
• The specifications duly completed, dated, signed, sealed by the tenderer on the last page, handwritten note "read and accepted";
• The other documents are cited in the specifications.

3- FINANCIAL OFFER contains:

• The letter of submission; duly completed, dated, signed, sealed by the tenderer;
• The unit price schedule (BPU); duly completed, dated, signed, sealed by the tenderer;
• The quantitative and estimated detail (DQE); duly completed, dated, signed, sealed by the tenderer.

The application file, the technical bid and the financial offer are inserted in separate envelopes and sealed, indicating the name of the company, the reference and the subject of the call for consultation as well as the mention « application form », « technical offer » or « financial offer », as the case may be.

These envelopes are put in another sealed and anonymous envelope, with the mention « TO BE OPEN ONLY BY THE COMMISSION OF OPENING OF THE PLISTS AND EVALUATION OF OFFERS - CALL FOR CONSULTATION N ° 10/2017

INSURANCE OF HERITAGE AND CIVIL LIABILITY ».

• The duration of preparation of the offers is 6 days as from the date of the first publication ie 21/12/2017;

• The deadline and the time of submission of tenders is the day corresponding to the last day of the period of preparation of the offers at the latest at 13 h 00h on the 27/12/2017;

• If this day coincides with a public holiday or a legal day of rest, the tender preparation time is extended until the next working day.
