The CDER participates in COP23 from 6 to 17 November in Bonn, Germany
The Renewable Energy Development Center participates in the 23rd United Nations Framework Conference on Climate Change organized by Fiji Islands and hosted by Germany (Bonn), from 6 to 17 November 2017, representing the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research who is a member of the Algerian delegation.

More than 190 countries and around 20,000 participants are expected at this global event which will see the presence of heads of state and senior officials, delegations of diplomats and experts as well as non-governmental associations.
