Restricted consultation on the work of construction of an extension of a platform in metallic frame

Th Renewable Energy developement Center launches a notice of a restricted consultation on the operation entitled: : Development work :

  • Realization of an extension of a platform in metal framework.

Companies, qualified companies interested in this restricted consultation, who hold a qualification certificate and occupational classification in finishing work on the national territory valid, may withdraw the specifications from the Secretariat of the Markets of the Renewable Energy Development Center, located at 62 Bouzareah Observatory Road ALGIERS, Against the payment of 1000 non-refundable DA to the Markets Department, representing the cost of drawing .

Tenders must include an application form, a technical tender and a financial tender..

1- THE APPLICATION FILE contains :

  • A nomination paper duly filled in, dated, signed, sealed by the tenderer;
  • A declaration of probity duly filled in, dated, signed, sealed by the tenderer ;
  • A copy of the commercial register ;
  • The documents cited in the tender specifications.

2- TECHNICAL OFFER contains:

  • A nomination paper duly signed, dated, signed, sealed by the tenderer ;
  • Any document to evaluate the technical offer: a supporting technical brief and any other document required ;
  • The specifications duly filled in, dated, signed, sealed by the tenderer, bearing on the last page the handwritten statement "read and accepted".

3-THE FINANCIAL OFFER contains :

  • The Letter of Submission; Dated, signed, sealed by the tenderer ;
  • The unit price schedule (BPU); Duly filled in, dated, signed, sealed by the tenderer ;
  • Quantitative and estimated detail (DQE); Duly filled in, dated, signed, sealed by the tenderer ;
  • The decomposition of the global price and lump sum (DPGF), duly filled in, dated, signed, sealed by the tenderer.

The application form, the technical tender and the financial tender shall be enclosed in separated and sealed envelopes, indicating the name of the undertaking, the reference and the subject-matter of the restricted consultation and the indication ’Application form’ , "Technical offer" or "Financial offer", as the case may be. These envelopes shall be placed in a sealed and anonymous envelope marked "TO BE OPENED ONLY BY THE COMMISSION FOR THE OPENING OF PLYS AND EVALUATION OF OFFERS - RESTRICTED CONSULTATION OPEN WITH MINIMUM CAPACITY REQUIREMENTS 002/2016.

THE OBJECT OF THE RESTRICTED CONSULTATION:

Development work:

  • Realization of an extension of a platform in metal framework;
  • The duration of the preparation of tenders is 15 days from the date of first publication, ie 17/07/2017;
  • The closing date and the time of submission of tenders shall be the day corresponding to the last day of the preparation period of the tenders no later than 12.00 h on 31/07/2017;
  • If this day coincides with a holiday or a legal rest day, the time for preparation of the offers is extended to the next working day;
  • The period of validity of the tenders shall be fixed for the duration of the contract.
