The Minister of Environment and Renewable Energies visits the UDES / CDER

The Solar Equipment Development Unit affiliated to the Renewable Energy Development Center, received on Thursday 15 June 2017 the visit of Mrs Fatma Zohra Zerouati, Minister of Environment and Renewable Energies, accompanied by Mr Ghellai Moussa, Wali of the Wilaya of Tipaza, Mr. Achour Abdenour, President of the Tipaza People’s Assembly, local authorities and officials of the Ministry.

After a brief welcome speech given by Dr. Belkacem Bouzidi, Director of the UDES, a presentation of the different activities of EPST CDER was given by its Director, Professor Noureddine. Yassaa.

The delegation then visited the various laboratories and experimental outdoor platforms of the unit.

The Minister expressed her joy and satisfaction with the level and diversity of the research and development activities carried out within the Unit in the field of renewable energy development and wished that these various prototypes be deployed on a large scale.
