WP 4.4: Training on skills transfer "Project setting-up and management" to the components of the CDER
As part of the tempus COMPERE-Averroès project, the Renewable Energy Development Center organized a seminar on the transfer of skills and know-how in the setting-up and management of European projects and cooperation, on 24 and 25 January 2017.

As a reminder, the COMPERE-Averroès project (COMpétence European Projects REseau Averroès) is a regional structural project funded by the TEMPUS program of the European Commission for a period of three years. The general objective of this project is to transfer the necessary skills to universities and research organizations of the Maghreb region (Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia) so that they can be more present as coordinators or partners in the European projects of cooperation and research 2014-2020.

The project is built around the constitution of "cells of expertise for the setting-up and the management of the European projects" constituted in each pilot establishment and in the three ministries of higher education of each Maghreb country.

The COMPERE project aims to demonstrate that these skills are transferable, in a North-South sense, based on an experienced European partnership, and then, in the second phase of the project in the South-South sense, by making able the pilot universities to transfer the acquired skills to the other organizations in their region.

This two-day seminar, which rightly took place in the second phase of the transfer, enabled the members of the CDER cell to transfer the skills and know-how acquired during the first phase of the project to the research and administrative staff of the CDER .

In the program :
Session 1: The COMPERE project and philosophy of the H2020 program
Session 2: Project Management in Research and Development
