The 39th edition of the Renewable Energy Newsletter has just been published. It is available in full version on the CDER website.

The editorial in this issue focuses on the new "Smart" technologies for a large-scale deployment of renewable energy and on the Algerian competence that will easily meet the challenges of the twentieth century revolution of the renewable and the digital.
