Under the agreement with the Ministry of the Interior and Local Authorities, Concerning the training of the staff in charge of the promotion of the use of Renewable Energies, the Renewable Energies Development Center provided a second training course in the field of renewable energies for the benefit of 96 learners of the staff of the Local Authorities of the forty-eight (48) wilayas.

This training took place at the National Training Center, of Improvement and Recycling of the Local Authorities staff of Djelfa.

The program included four modules:

• Photovoltaic solar energy;
• Wind energy ;
• Solar thermal energy;
• Financial aspect and regulatory framework governing renewable energies.

The supervision of this training session is provided by eight (08) researchers belonging the EPST CDER.
