The Renewable Energy Development Center contributes actively in the deployment of the National Programme for Renewable Energy Development through scientific research, technological development, innovation and integrating many pilot and demonstration projects at the local level as well as studying Algerian renewable energy potential and assessing sites eligible for implementing renewable power plants.

CDER opens its doors the 1st and 2nd June to professionals from different sectors : economic, social, education and cultural which could contribute to the efforts of development of renewable energies in our country.

The two days event will be an appropriate occasion to bring the scientific world and the business and economic world together in order to foster and initiate the development of collaborative innovative projects in a booming market . It would be the opportunity to present the latest innovations and prototypes developed by researchers at CDER.

Today, renewable energies are at the center of energy and economic policies led by Algeria : their promotion is placed by his excellence the President of the Republic as a national priority.

The development of renewable energy will contribute to diversify the energy resources of our country and ensure its energy independence while preserving the environment. It will also generate a dynamic in our economical development through implementing local industries that creates wealth and jobs.
