Project: Experimental and numerical study of a combined solar heating system integrated in residential housing

Abstract:
Solar energy could be an essential factor in sustainable supply energy for heating and domestic hot water. The project plans to test a heating and hot water production device integrated in housing.

Objectives:
The direct objective of the project is to realize a combined system for heating and domestic hot water production and test its effectiveness.
In parallel, a numerical study is conducted in order to optimize the device. The goal of this project is to integrate the device into housing in order to achieve an energy efficient home.
