The 32nd edition of the Renewable Energies Newsletter of the CDER has just been released.

The editorial of this number is dedicated to climate abservation network and its importance in the observation of the weather and its changes as indicated in the fifth GIEC evaluation report. The editorial comes also back on the works of the 20th Parts Conference (COP) organized on December in Lima. Complementary articles on the same topic are available.

Moreover, you will find in this new edition many articles about project and research topics led within the CDER.
