With the presentation of the operational plan of applied research on fishing and aquaculture (2015-2020), the Secretary of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mohamed Mebarki, accompanied with his counterpart of the Fishing and Halieutic Resources, Sid Ahmed Ferroukhi and with the Wali of Tipaza, Mostefa Layadi, made, Thursday, November 13th, 2014 at Bou-Ismail, a visit of the Solar Equipment Developement Unit (UDES) affiliated to the Renewable Energies Development Center (CDER). The two secretaries noticed the efforts provided by the whole researchers of this unit in the development of renewable energies.

Professor Mebarki, was pleased with the results reached by researchers of the center, but he insisted on the importance of the inovation. The secretary added that these results must have a real added value for the development of innovating prototypes with a maximum of national integration.
