The Renewable Energies Development Center (CDER), received, Sunday, October 26th, 2014, in its Solar Equipment Development Unit Bou-Ismail (IDES), a french delegation of 15 companies and the National Institute of Solar Energy (INES).

This visit is within the economic mission of the french embassy in Algiers UBIFRANCE which organizes an international partnership mission for solar and renewable energies form 26th to 28th of October.

During this meeting, the Director of the CDER, M. Noureddine Yassaa, gave a presention of the different research and development activities led in the center. M. Yassaa presented the state and perspectives of renewable energies development in Algeria.

This was followed by a round table discussion during which participants presented their priorities and goals. Thereafter, the discussions focused on identifying opportunities and potential areas of cooperation in renewable energies.

Finally, the participants made a technical visit of the different laboratories and devices of the center.
