Team: Bioenergy resources and algae valorization (RBVA) team
Missions:
- Identification, selection and improvement of potential bioenergy resources for the optimisation of their use, in terms of substrates and biomass transformation agents,
- Master processes of algae valorization,
- Master the growth of photosynthetic microorganisms which could produce biofuel in photobioreactors, under artificial and/or solar light.

Abstract: The project concerns essentially the follow-up and the control of the growth of the photosynthetic microorganisms capable to produce some renewable energy in closed and\or open photobioreactors, working in continuous and\or discontinous mode under artificial and solar irradiations. (...)

Abstract: The energy based on biomass offers an interesting alternative to the fossil fuels. It is an energy which remains compatible with the systems of storage and use, exploited with fossil energy, in particular as regards fuels. The project is in two parts, the first one will concern the (...)
